This page explains what personal data I collect, why, and what rights you have. The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Aleksandar Fotev, correspondence address support@simplines.com. For any question about your personal data, write to dev@simplines.com.
What data I collect
The only personal data I actively receive is what you send me by email — your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and the content of your message. I ask for nothing beyond what is needed and buy no data from third parties.
Data recorded automatically
The web server logs technical data on each visit — IP address, date and time, requested address, browser type. These records exist for maintenance and security and are not used for tracking or profiling.
Why I process it
To answer your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to perform that contract if you become a client. Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest — keeping the site working and secure.
How long I keep it
Correspondence that does not lead to a contract is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
Who else has access
The email provider Zoho Corporation (data processed in data centres within the European Union), which handles the mail technically, and Microsoft Azure, where the site is hosted. The site’s servers are located in the European Union. I do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Cookies and third-party services
The site sets no cookies and uses no localStorage. Fonts are served from this server rather than an external service, so loading a page sends no data to third parties. If that changes, I will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, write to dev@simplines.com. If you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia, kzld.bg.
Changes
If the way I handle data changes, I will update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
